Initial Assessment
Before starting Speech or Occupational therapy services, an initial assessment will be completed to better understand your child’s needs, and to establish therapy goals and a therapy plan.
The cost of an assessment varies depending on the type and length. We will provide you with a quote for the cost of the initial assessment after reviewing your child’s intake questionnaire prior to starting services.
After the initial assessment is complete, please see the table below for the applicable hourly therapy rate.

Accepted Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of the session and can be made through debit, credit, or cash (exact amount).
Meetings and Reports
Please note that meetings and reports are billable services, billed at the applicable billing rate. Your clinician(s) will indicate the billing rate and the amount of time needed for any meetings or reports.
Cancellation Policy
In addition, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If we do not receive notice of a cancellation a minimum of 48 hours prior to the appointment a $75 cancellation fee will apply. In the case of illness, please inform your clinician of your cancellation prior to 8:00 am.
Insurance
We do not offer direct billing to insurance, however you will be provided with a receipt that can be submitted to insurance.
